CANCELLATIONS
Time is valuable, please communicate with your service provider if you need to reschedule. Clients must provide a 24-hour notice if they are unable to keep their appointment. Clients who do not cancel within this 24-hour time frame will be charged 50% of the service amount.
LATE CLIENTS
In order to give our clients the experience they deserve, treatments must start on time. There is a 10 minute grace period but in the event that you are 10+ minutes late there will be a $20 late fee added to your treatment. If you are 15 minutes late without any notice, we reserve the right to cancel and charge you 50% of the treatment amount. If I can still accommodate you past the 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will still be applied to the service. Clients who are continuously late will be required to pre pay for their services at the time of booking.
NO-SHOW
Clients who no-show with no communication will be charged 100% of the treatment.
A client with 3 cancellations or a history of tardiness is put at risk of being terminated from booking/receiving treatments at Howlite.
REFUNDS
No refunds or exchanges on any products, gift cards or services.
