  • It’s never recommended to be in direct sunlight after a peel, but since our peels have little to no downtime, we do insist on limiting sun exposure for at least 5 days and wearing SPF.

  • Yes, you can definitely work out after a peel. With that said limiting sweat and hear will give you the most optimal results post peel.
